This cancer was taking away his precious time with them.
Mellow’s letter was a heartfelt thank you to his neighbors. It read: “Regardless of how well we know each other, you have made my life so much richer than any rescue dog could have hoped for.” The letter went on to say that Mellow would soon be heading to “doggie heaven” and asked if the community could join him for one last walk.
